Hidden love.

The current flag is divided diagonally from the lower hoist-side corner, with the upper triangle yellow and the lower triangle orange. Centred along the dividing line is a large black and white dragon facing away from the hoist side. The dragon is holding a norbu, or jewel, in each of its claws.

About Mensuration.(28th may.)

Menstruation is not just a biological phenomenon; it is a fundamental aspect of reproductive health and a key indicator of overall well-being. Yet, despite its ubiquity, menstruation remains veiled in myths, misconceptions, and stigma. This stigma manifests in various forms, from cultural taboos that isolate menstruating individuals to systemic barriers that limit access to menstrual products and proper sanitation facilities.

Today, as we commemorate Menstrual Hygiene Day, we must confront these challenges head-on. We must recognize that menstrual hygiene is not just a women's issue; it is a societal issue that affects families, communities, and economies. When women and girls face barriers to managing their menstruation safely and with dignity, their health, education, and economic opportunities are jeopardized.

We must prioritize education and awareness to dispel myths and misconceptions surrounding menstruation. We must create environments where menstruation is discussed openly and without shame, empowering individuals to make informed choices about their health and well-being.

Moreover, we must ensure that menstrual hygiene products are affordable, accessible, and environmentally sustainable. No woman or girl should ever have to resort to unsafe practices due to a lack of access to sanitary products. It is our collective responsibility to advocate for policies and programs that prioritize menstrual health and ensure that no one is left behind.

As we reflect on the significance of Menstrual Hygiene Day, let us recommit ourselves to the cause of menstrual equity. Let us work together to build a world where menstruation is not a barrier but a natural and celebrated aspect of life. Let us break the silence, dismantle the stigma, and ensure that every woman and girl can manage her menstruation with dignity, safety, and respect.
